Methods
Unity, ethnographic field research

This project researches “real” places through the interface. What alternate narratives are triggered and shared, and what new places and populations are created as a result?

This is an interactive story about surfing in Los Angeles.

Using Unity, this work captures the emotional waiting room of getting out to the waves with first person surfing footage paired with conversations from local surf group forums.
